“Great location and good restaurant.”
We loved the restaurant. The staff and food were uniformly excellent and very good value for dinner. Proximity to both terminal 2 and the central bus station, as well as the ability to use Oyster card on the U3 bus was very nice. The Gym is quite well-appointed for a casual user. The bed was a bit soft for our tastes

The location was convenient and offered a better price than the hotels closer to the terminal, and the staff were outstandingly helpful. Everything else was fine.

The place is in a fantastic spot, within walking distance of Trafalgar Square, the Parliament building (including Big Ben), the Thames River, the London Eye Ferris wheel, and the West‑end theatres. It would have been nice if we could have checked in a couple of hours before the official 3 pm time; we managed to drop our bags at the desk and explore until then, so it wasn’t a big issue.
The experience was flawless, earning a perfect score.
Car Park was a bit expensive on top of cost of hotel room
