The staff were helpful, yet the towels didn't meet my expectations.

The location is great and the breakfast was decent, but the building feels old with worn corridors, a creaky elevator, and a shabby bathroom.

The bathroom had a foul odor, a window without a curtain or blind in the shower that left me feeling exposed, and mildew in the corners of the shower.

The room was very complete, clean, and comfortable.

The proximity to the city center is convenient, but the reception staff were only somewhat polite; one person simply said “hello,” while another said nothing at all when greeting guests.
