The location was spot on, but the check‑in was a nightmare. At first the front desk said I had no reservation and that there were no rooms left, which felt like a lie. After I called back and a Chinese‑speaking staff member reached out, the attitude shifted, but it still felt like they were reluctant to host a foreign guest. Overall, the staff were rude and unhelpful.
