“No aircon / Street Noise / Tiny space”
The staff were pleasant. I requested a full or partial refund because I only stayed for 2 nights (the booking was for 9 nights) and left because I could not sleep at all. The staff member said she escalated my case to management and they would reach out to me on my WhatsApp. Five weeks on, they have NOT reached out at all; I am still trying to reach them and they have IGNORED my requests. This is the type of business you will be dealing with if you book with them, be warned! Noise: this was unbearable; you can hear cars honking and normal people speaking on the road. I was using specialized noise‑cancelling earbuds and this still did not work. Sleeping is almost impossible with the noise and no air‑con (see next point). No air‑con: there is no air‑con in the room; the front desk said there is air‑con in the main area but quite frankly this did not filter into the room. Open top: although this is stated in the booking this turns out to be a health hazard. During my time of stay there were at least two people who were "sick". Given that the room has an open top, virus can easily spread. Size of room: this was not clearly stated and the room is unbelievably small. You cannot lie down on the floor space.
