The building’s location is great, and the staff were excellent. I would have liked a slightly larger coat‑room, because we came from far away with a lot of luggage for an extended stay. Breakfast isn’t a buffet and is quite limited, which I think could be improved.

The location is exceptional and the staff are very friendly. The responses had a bittersweet tone; some issues were handled exceptionally well, while others had no solutions. The street‑view room was unbearable on Saturday, with the noise from the bottle‑popping crowd ringing in my ears all night.
The hotel sits in the heart of the city’s main historic attractions, all less than a five‑minute walk away. I loved the balcony overlooking the square, and the window was 100 % sound‑proof, which was especially valuable given the weekend bustle. The room was clean, comfortable, and well‑appointed, and the bathroom was a suitable size. The staff were exceptionally helpful and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend staying here. I had a car; the staff collected it from the entrance and parked it for me. Everything is conveniently close, including restaurants, bars, shisha lounges, and the main square.

The location, comfort and table were good. The new car entrusted to the valet was returned damaged!!! I was told immediately that they were not responsible, it is regrettable that they do not admit that a mistake was made. That employees act in this way, as a business owner I am used to: it is never anyone’s fault!!! But the management not taking responsibility is indignant for an establishment that wants to play in the big leagues!
The staff’s human quality is outstanding, always attentive. The location is unbeatable, and the small hotel is full of details with an inner courtyard to get lost in. The on‑site cuisine is worth traveling for. I totally recommend it.
