Absolutely nothing!. We arrived at the van & only stayed one night! The smell of damp as soon as you walk in is disgusting. Curtains falling off the tracks, sofa ripped, mould around the doorframe. The toilet cistern lid was in 2 halves & the toilet worked intermittently. The damp really affected my asthma & by 11.30pm that night we had booked an alternative stay! This caravan is not fit to be rented out to anyone!!!

We arrived to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, bedding was dirty, pillows were filthy, pots scattered everywhere, and a strong smoke smell plus another awful odor filled the space; the first night we had to sleep in the car and on the floor. The toilet leaked, I reported it and was told I should have known about it, but no one informed me; I was promised an email on how to use the toilet until it was fixed, but never received it. They said it would be repaired by Tuesday, or Wednesday if not possible, yet it never got fixed. I was promised some goodies for the inconvenience, but that never materialised. Ants swarmed the kitchen area, communication was poor, and I’m reluctant to leave a bad review but feel compelled to because it ruined our holiday.

The location was fine, but we got an early‑check‑in message that turned out to be a mess; the toilet was broken, got fixed, then broke again the next day flooding everything. After contacting the owner, maintenance was supposed to call but never did, so we had to use a nearby Fantasy Island toilet.

The promenade spot was okay, but the place was overpriced: the toilet broke as soon as we arrived and I messaged right away but only got a request for prompt action. The toaster was broken, ants covered the worktop and food, the sofa bed was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. The interior was cramped for a family of six and dated. We brought a Wi‑Fi box but it was blocked by the local signal and there was no caravan Wi‑Fi offer. The shower was hot and cold, constantly burning you, and the gas boiler was exposed and outdated, dangerous with children in the van. No accessible vacuum and the floors could have used a clean.

We liked the site and spot etc but sadly caravan was nothing to speak about. Filthy shower room. Couldn't eat or have drinks in caravan for 2 reasons. 1 the pots was all dirty and 2 thw caravan has major issues with ants
