The beach is clean and tidy every morning and during the day, with a sandy beach and direct access to the sea, no algae, and a beautiful view. The room was clean and had a fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. The prices are great if you want to pay for anything. The green surroundings around Albena pleasantly surprised us. If you’re looking for a nice sea and a relatively calm climate in August, you’ll appreciate the pleasant weather. The food at the hotel was healthy, with plenty of vegetables, fruit, and variety. We had an apartment with new furniture. In the area there are restaurants at reasonable prices. On the beach there are enough loungers, and each evening the pool area was cleaned. The hotel is older but surprisingly clean. Every room has a sea view, and there was no noise. In the evening there’s a program by the pool, but it wasn’t a circus at midnight – it was quiet. In the area there are shops, a nice promenade, a bike and car rental, a train, and taxis for tours; nearby hotels have hairdressers and massages. Overall, the cleanliness, the pleasant staff, and the communication were good. The hotel cannot guarantee a late check‑out. We left at half past midnight. Because they ended all‑inclusive at lunch, it was difficult to move around the beach and pool for free – that’s what you pay for. If you bring a tablet or laptop, you can take it with you for half a day; the luggage isn’t very safe except at the reception. The hotel doesn’t have a locker or a place to change, only a restroom at reception. I recommend aligning your flight with the end of the stay. Even though we requested a room earlier and sent an email to the manager, we were not satisfied. We waited two days for a reply that the hotel was full.

The close proximity to the sea was a big plus.
1, Plimbarea personalului cu ghiridonul( cărucior de transport vase), făcea un zgomot oribil, în timp ce turiștii erau la masă! Oamenii vin în concediu, nu să fie stresați de zgomot! 2. Strângerea sezlongurilor (4 rânduri), având în vedere că era sezon, și mai ales că erauerau turiști mulți ! 😡 Am avut sentimentul că efectiv, își doreau să plecăm cât mai repede! Pentru aceste două nemulțumiri, nu aș mai reveni la acest hotel!
