Good location, but the room was not cleaned well, there were lots of suspicious hairs found in the bathroom – gross, and there were no lounge chairs to lay out at the pool.

Excellent location if you are flying from Tempe airport; the overnight stay was comfortable, the breakfast included was good, there were ample free parking spaces, and the property is modern.
