The meals that were included were good value. Bed bugs were a nightmare – the resort management denied it, yet when we checked under the bed the mattress was hanging off the frame and the floor was exposed, with no cleaning seen under the bed for who knows how long. It’s hard to believe their pest or hygiene control could be effective.

The buffet was great, and the self‑cook BBQ was excellent.

The team was super friendly, the rooms were great, and the whole experience was awesome—especially the food.

The spot was cool, right near the yacht club and moorings where you meet interesting folks, and it stayed quiet. The tidal lagoon felt a little underwhelming, but that's just my picky taste.

The resort was relaxed and well maintained despite its obvious age, and the staff were AMAZING. Food from the main restaurant was exceptional. We stayed during regatta week, so the pool area and resort felt very quiet and lacked daytime atmosphere, which isn’t the usual situation.
