Everything from the design to the staff with smiling, friendly faces who greeted you each day made us feel relaxed and welcomed at Izza; nothing was an issue thanks to them. The food and drinks were amazing—from breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and on some days we enjoyed all three at the hotel. Lounging by the pool and getting spa treatments was absolutely enjoyable. I only hope we can return someday.

Izza is a haven of peace and tranquility, and it’s also very cool— we loved the artwork throughout the Riad. Most of all, the staff are exceptional; they just couldn’t be more helpful—every single one! One thing I’d say is that sleeping under a duvet in such high heat is difficult; a single sheet would be better. Even with the air con it was still hot under that baby.
