The hotel is right next to the central station, which made getting around a breeze. The room lock jammed on me and it took a few hours before they fixed it – not ideal. The staff were friendly, but all help came through online, so I had to sort things out myself.

I liked how close it was and how comfy the room felt, plus the kitchen/laundry combo was a real bonus. The staff were quick to respond whenever I needed something. The only downside was the dust on the bedroom walls and the bathroom cabinet – a little annoying.

Just a two‑minute walk from Central station, the tiny room is perfect for a short Sydney visit – I've stayed here several times because of the location. The air‑conditioning works well and the decor is simple but chic. However, the street‑level room can be noisy, and you can't open the window for privacy. Also, the bins at the entrance are a bit of a hassle, one bathroom is permanently locked, and the shower handle is so loose you have to hold it to keep the water running.

The place is right near the central station, which is great for getting around. I couldn't get the online check‑in to work after three tries, so I had to call and manually enter my phone to get the access codes – no room until that happened. No breakfast was offered, which was a bit of a surprise.

The hotel is well‑located and the staff kept me in the loop. The 4 pm check‑in felt a bit late, and when I tried to use the men’s toilet it was locked, so I had to use the women’s one with no explanation. Overall, the location was solid but the bathroom situation was confusing.
