“Its a beautiiful room but nothing extra.”
The room’s aesthetics, the brand of their toiletries, the fully equipped kitchen and the quality of everything inside the room were all good. The room is dark, the lighting can’t be brightened, if you need extra towels you have to request them during a specific period of time. Given the price of the room, you expect a 24‑hour in‑house service. Also with the price I expect more than free coffee and tea which is the bare minimum of all hotels. There’s even no free bottled water which is usually available in standard hotel chains. I paid premium so I was expecting a premium experience.
