The room and its furnishings were fine, but breakfast was a disaster—there was no heat, so it was pretty cold, and even on one day there was no hot water at all.

It was quiet at night, yet the breakfast was quite average; avocado with eggs isn’t necessary, but serving at least a few mixed ones instead of boiled would have earned half a star.

The room layout was really good; we had plenty of space as a trio. It’s centrally located with a small supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants. For the price, it’s worth staying there. The staff was friendly and everything was straightforward. Overall, it wasn’t very clean. We only had small floor towels instead of large bath towels. Cleanliness was mediocre, some repairs were needed. The beds were hard.

The location was perfect, right in the city centre, and the apartment was nicely decorated. However, it hadn’t been cleaned properly: trash was left under the bathroom sink, toothbrushes from previous guests were on the basin, and the sockets under the sink and in the kitchen were covered in dust and grime. Dirty dishes sat on the kitchen counter, and four doors leading to what seemed to be shared toilets were left open at the entrance. The whole place was in a rather disordered state, with rubbish and dirty towels scattered on the floor. One afternoon the cleaning lady knocked, saying she’d left a bracelet in the apartment; she then rummaged through the whole unit and took away some forgotten dirty dishes. It’s a shame the housekeeping is so lax, because otherwise the apartment is very nice.

The rooms are fairly comfortable and spacious. The traffic outside the windows was quite heavy, so it was necessary to keep the windows closed. No one showed up at reception during the stay.
