“Good Stay, Great Location Courteous staff.”

The rooms are spacious with balconies and an extra veranda for group activities or games, and every room has a good valley view from the front. The wide stairs are child‑friendly, and the staff are courteous and eager to help. However, there is no lift in the Hill hotels, making it difficult for elderly guests, and traffic noise on the lower floors is noticeable. The common balcony in front of the lower‑floor rooms doesn’t allow you to open your room door or curtains, so you’re stuck inside even when the weather is nice. Restaurant service is slow, though the food is passable, and there’s no nearby market, forcing guests to rely on the hotel’s restaurant for everything. The approach road has big potholes, and the main Masoorrie road is far away.

“Good and serene”

I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the stunning view from my room. However, my experience was slightly marred by the presence of insects and some cleanliness issues that could be addressed. The hotel's location and scenic vistas are definitely a major draw, but I hope they'll take steps to improve the overall quality of their rooms.
