The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious with plenty of storage even in the bathroom, which is rare. We got a free 1 l bottle of water and a small fridge in the room. The host was also very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we had ants in the room and the mattress cover could have been washed because of a spot on it. The house rules the host mentioned on arrival (quiet hours from 0 am) would have been better known beforehand, especially since we were traveling with an 11‑month‑old baby. The walls are thin, so we could hear the neighbor’s snoring. In the afternoon there was no hot water for showers.

The accommodation was very nice, exactly the right distance from central Rome and all the sights. A parking spot in front of the house is a great option given all the traffic issues.
