The location is magnificent and fully equipped. The pool is very enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and help me book activities. Dinner and breakfast were fine but not outstanding.

The place was quiet and impeccably tidy, and the breakfast spread was generous while dinner was also very good. In the evening the terrace outside felt flat and lacking atmosphere; we could eat there (the food was still good) but the overall vibe was underwhelming.

“Oasis en el desierto”

The hotel was amazing and very peaceful right at the edge of Merzouga’s dunes. The pool area surrounded by palm trees felt like a true oasis in the desert. Reception staff were attentive and spoke excellent Spanish, offering a range of desert activities. Leaving through the back of the hotel, a 5‑minute walk takes you to a spectacular sunrise view from the dune tops. Staying here in July, when the midday temperature hit 48º and nighttime hovered around 30º, was a great choice; the room’s air‑conditioning (though it struggled a bit to cool) and the pool helped beat the heat. We’d definitely stay again.

The rooms were nice, the bed comfortable, the shower good, and the garden and pool pretty. The breakfast was royally tasty, and overall the stay was good. The rooms could use a bit more cleanliness – a quick wipe‑down of the light switches or the AC remote would help. In general it was clean but could benefit from a deeper cleaning. All in all, a fine stay.

“Perfect”

Everything from the start to the end was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very cozy, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. We especially enjoyed the peaceful garden and pool, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. All in all, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we’d happily return.
