I was shocked by the conduct of Mr Manoj and his partner, who refused to honor my confirmed AC room booking and the Rs 1000 advance payment, instead giving the room to over‑staying guests for extra money, depriving us of our accommodation – truly the most unscrupulous people I've met.

The hotel sits close to the Khatu Shyam Temple and the rooms are spacious enough, but the washrooms were dirty; the washbasin and taps were stained.
