I was very satisfied with the breakfast, especially the beautiful view and the wide variety of food options, and the room was also very comfortable. I’m a little scared of stray dogs.

The view was spectacular! The pool was kept clean and well maintained. Staff were all very nice and friendly. The location was close to the mountain forest park. The evening bonfire was a pleasant surprise! The only thing that could be better was that loud music was played for local tourists, which was annoying for those who came to enjoy the mountain nature. Some other tourists were a bit loud, slapping doors.

The location was good, the staff were cheerful, and the food was decent. However, there was no AC and it was very hot; I didn’t check for AC because I assumed it was basic. I booked a family room with a sofa bed, but the sofa was a 2‑seater that nobody could sleep on, so I had to pay extra for an extra bed that was delicate and uncomfortable. The fan on top of the bed didn’t cover the room, making it feel suffocating. Food options were limited, and the pool was used by people who didn’t shower and were wearing jeans.

The resort was very beautiful and the staff friendly. The atmosphere was calm with a nice view. We felt the food was less spicy than what we’re used to in Europe, making some dishes a bit bland compared to others we’d had, though still tasty. Our bathroom was next to the kitchen, so it always smelled of frying oil.

This place is a hidden gem, nestled in the midst of a coffee estate and surrounded by breathtaking views. Our family had a fantastic time here, and it was the staff that truly made our stay special. From Bunty to Vikas, Shashi, Vishal, and Anil, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. The food was another highlight, with delicious dishes like paneer butter masala and palak paneer with phulka that our kids just loved.
