The service was very attentive and the rooms were clean, but maintenance was needed: the shower, mirror, and bed were uncomfortable, and there was dust on the street.

The neighbor’s air‑conditioner was extremely noisy around 1 a.m., and the staff refused to help, telling me to figure it out myself. The police said nothing could be done and that a complaint would be treated as a commercial matter. Booking’s customer support only offered a R$ 70 voucher. I had no choice but to leave early that night because my wife and son were also upset.
