The location and the friendliness of the staff were good. I was worried about the hot shower, but it worked perfectly. It needs to improve a bit the organization regarding the replacement of the kitchen water gallon; it was always empty during my stay.

The facilities were good and the staff very kind. Walking about 10 minutes gets you to Calle Caracoles, a pedestrian walkway. Only a few hooks for hanging parkas are missing; something totally solvable.
