The price and location were convenient, but when we first walked in the room smelled like someone had just used the bathroom and sprayed a lot of disinfectant right before we checked in, the AC didn’t work and it was so hot at night; I called the front desk and she said she couldn’t switch my room because none were available and no staff could remove the smell, so I went to Target for wipes and Febreze; the front desk staff that night promised a new room the next day, but before our event I tried to get help twice and no one was at the desk and the AC was never fixed; at checkout it still wasn’t resolved, and after checking out this morning I was told a manager would contact me but I’ve heard nothing.

“I will never stay in this hotel again.”

The shower water pressure was great and the location was safe near the highway, shops, and restaurants, but the hotel looked a bit rundown, the front desk was not very friendly, the room furniture was dated and rusted, the bed wasn’t even made properly, and there were a couple of head hairs in the bed.

Clean, quiet, and would stay again. I had to ask for room service, but that was no big deal.
