“Ideal for low cost, one night stay”

The location was fine, but the old, dirty, poorly maintained structure made it hard to find anything else during the short holiday; I tried to get a change because the yellow, dirty, stained cushions and lack of a mattress cover were unacceptable. Breakfast consisted of packaged croissants in a room that looked like a storage area. I regret writing this review, but the owner’s response was dismissive, telling me to leave, which is not how you treat paying customers. A one‑star, dated hotel is fine, but cleanliness and respect for guests are paramount.

“Impeccabile”

We had an excellent stay, made special by the extraordinary hospitality of the owner, her kindness, the impeccable care of the rooms, and the convenient location (especially for those who must take exams at the barracks); we truly felt at home and would definitely choose this place again.

“Host gentilissima e disponibilissima”

The spot is super central, right between the bus station and the main avenue packed with shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and pizza places.

“Non buono”

It’s decent mainly because it’s in the heart of Foligno. The cleaning was poor and the hotel looks very old; the bathroom was downright awful, but the owners were friendly.
