The location is a 10‑minute walk from Terminal 3 of the airport; don’t take a tuk‑tuk, they’ll rip you off, and it’s right next to the airport. There are places to dine and a 7‑Eleven. The employee appeared at our door with her phone, and we had to tell her to be quiet.

The place comes with water and toiletries, and the bed is generous. I had to wait a while before the assistant arrived, there was a noticeable odor in the bathroom, a noise from the ceiling at about 4am kept me up, and the door was hard to open.

The location is ideal for walking to and from airport T3. Our flight was delayed by one day, but after informing the property ahead of time they didn’t charge us anything extra, which was much appreciated. It’s tidy by Philippine standards, functional, and felt safe – we stayed one short night because we had another flight early the next morning, and that worked great.
