The hotel looks great overall, the kitchen and spaces are pleasant, and the atmosphere makes guests feel comfortable and visually appealing, yet a broken light fixture in the room was never inspected or replaced, and there was no mini‑fridge for drinks.

Buen desayuno, la piscina deliciosa. La ducha estaba tapada, la arreglaron al decir en recepción. El primer día no arreglaron la habitación

The service was very good, but the lobby staff were noticeably slow.

I asked about shortening the last day of my stay but they wouldn’t refund the money; this is something that could be improved.
