The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast offered a good variety. However, we ran into a problem in our first room when fleas jumped on us; we called, had our luggage moved out, and waited to see if a new room was available. In 10 minutes we were in another room—flea‑free! The response was good, but it’s not fair that the rest of us were exposed to fleas, especially since many travelers bring pets.
