“Unsatisfactory experience”
We were told that pick‑up from the SNSI railway station was included, yet we had to arrange a 4 am auto ourselves and pay Rs 200 to the driver. The room wasn’t air‑conditioned and was dirty; the sheets were too pale, the space was small, the hot water didn’t work, and there was no table or chair—just a bed. We were asked repeatedly about the complimentary breakfast, which was promised at 8 am but we didn’t get it until 10 am. The overall experience was poor. There was no clear communication about the hotel’s facilities, and the promised pick‑up and drop‑off never happened, while breakfast was hard to obtain.
