The place was not clean and the management was poor; I had to wait nearly two hours before I could check in because the cleaner wasn’t available to tidy the room.

Nothing good. The cleanliness was very poor.

Nothing good. The place was dirty, the neighbourhood full of weed smokers, the bed sheet was worn, bumpy, unclean and smelled. The pillows were terrible, with half the cotton removed; there was a single very dirty towel, and the bathroom mat was filthy. No toilet paper was provided. We stayed for a short trip just to sleep, but that was not comfortable. Additionally, we left fruit in the fridge and it vanished without notice. The toilet was dirty, and we didn’t feel safe in the building or on the street, with a constant weed smell that required us to spray ourselves in and out. The worst experience ever.
