The location is excellent, right on the corner of the Vatican. The room was clean and comfortable. However, this isn’t a hotel but a re‑rated Airbnb. Reception is only open during the day. Breakfast barely met the minimum expectations. When the place is full, you can’t fit into the breakfast area, which is small. For the price we paid, the place is expensive.

The location is practically next to the Vatican and very close to all important points, well connected with public transport nearby, metro buses, cleanliness, comfortable, large room, breakfast very good. Everything was 10.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay. Kim and Ravi were outstanding hosts—polite, helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. Kim stayed past her shift on arrival day to aid with check‑in. Ravi kept a pot of tea ready for me at breakfast. The location was superb, with Vatican City just across the street. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were supplied each day.
