“Hamacas en el balcón de la habitacion, muy recomendable”

The facilities are beautiful, especially the central garden which feels very relaxing from the moment you enter. The daytime staff are very kind. We stayed an extra night because we enjoyed the hotel so much. The beds are comfortable, cleanliness is good, the balcony hammock is a nice freebie, and the air‑conditioning works well. Some of the bathroom construction materials look low‑quality, so a general maintenance might be needed.

The attention to detail and authenticity in the design and upkeep of the premises is evident, creating a very relaxed atmosphere with extremely friendly staff. We’ll love to come back soon. The only downside is that we couldn’t stay longer.

The front‑desk staff are kind at every shift, and the hotel itself is lovely, surrounded by nature. Maybe a mini‑fridge or TV is missing, but for the price it’s highly recommended. The unpaved road is a city issue, not the hotel’s.

“Lovely place with a great atmosphere”

A great spot with a lovely vibe and very friendly, helpful staff. There’s a shared kitchen, coffee and water, plus a fridge with a designated space for each room. The rooms are clean, comfy, and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely suggest this place.

The setting is welcoming and relaxing, a small green oasis. The room is bright and medium‑sized, with a large shower in the bathroom. The shared kitchen has a fridge that can be used, though it’s not in the room. The décor is overly minimal; we only had one nightstand and no small table or similar surface. Also, the hotel is off the main area of Bacalar, connected by a dirt road to the main street.
