Nothing positive. The host never spoke. After confirming everything was fine and I could come via WhatsApp, he told me the room was no longer available. He probably chose to rent to someone staying longer. In my opinion, a host like that shouldn’t even be allowed to rent on Booking.

The staff were awful. Very arrogant, unpleasant, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Communication with the staff was impossible; they didn’t pick up the phone.

Hello team, thank you for your reply and apologies. However, the fact that the property cancelled at the last minute without notifying us caused significant damage. We arrived on 15 July 2026 with a young child, in intense heat, and had nowhere to go. We were forced to book another accommodation urgently and paid much more than the original reservation. The situation was so serious that we had to file a police complaint. As a loyal Genius member, I find this experience unacceptable. I therefore request compensation for: 1. The price difference we paid for the new accommodation 2. The stress and inconvenience caused to our family. I can provide the new accommodation receipts as proof. The location is fairly central. Ahmed is friendly and attentive. The room and bathroom could have been cleaner. The room didn’t smell very good.

What you did to us was not correct: we had booked one night at the hotel, then you cancelled the reservation. That is unacceptable and not a behavior worthy of a client.
