We didn't use it, but the host gave us the building entrance key and not the apartment key. We were on the street at night and nobody answered the phone or WhatsApp. We only managed to enter the building, which was horrible, dirty, with peeling paint on the walls and stairs, no lights. It was scary.

The location was fine, but they didn't prepare the room for the 9 days. Water leaked from the sink, the curtain fell, there was no soap in the dispensers, only one roll of toilet paper. You had to be behind them to get a clean towel or to fix things. The photos were completely misleading; one shows a uniformed woman cleaning the room, which is false. The terrace shown in the photos is actually theirs, with cheap posters, torn paper, and blue duct tape. It feels like a private house because a large family constantly enters and exits other rooms to get onto the terrace. It’s all very weird.

The location is good, but there is a lack of staff and everything is generally deteriorated and poorly maintained. It doesn't match what is advertised. There is no Wi‑Fi, the TV is broken, we had no night tables or headboard lights, the towels were only for the sink, and the sink tap was so poorly positioned that it was hard to use. It’s a shame it’s so abandoned when the location is perfect.
