“Relax and relieve”
The location and facilities are good, the bathroom is nice and the fridge is large, but there’s no cleaning or trash management.
The place was decent, with a good location, a nice balcony, and no problems in the room itself. The real headache was finding it: we almost thought it was a scam because the hotel didn’t show up near the Google Maps pin—just an empty lot. On a rainy day we drove to the street nearby and saw no sign for the hotel we’d booked. We almost gave up and booked a new room at Mari Vista Hotel, but they directed us to our room. Still, there were no signs confirming we were at the right spot. The lack of clear address and building name made the arrival very disappointing.
“very good for an unexpected stay”
We had to stay in Sokcho unexpectedly, so booking and staying here was super convenient. The place comes fully equipped with a kitchen, has a nice balcony with a view, and the room overall is cute. I wish they’d provide toothbrushes for people who come unprepared, but there’s a Daiso right over the street so you can grab one easily.
“Good for one night”
I needed a quick one‑night stop before heading out early to Seoraksan National Park, and the hotel’s spot was spot‑on for the express bus from Seoul and the park shuttle. Checking in was a breeze: they sent me the room number and a door code for the electronic keypad, so I just walked in, took the lift to my floor, and unlocked the room. The only hiccup was the lack of a reception desk, which worried me a bit since I got there late at night, but everything else worked fine. The room itself was basic.
The parking space in the underground lot is too narrow.
