It met the family’s needs, but the cleaning was inadequate; when we arrived the floor was already dusty, and it wasn’t swept at all during our stay.

The room was super clean and fragrant, breakfast was excellent and a real treat, the pool area was great, staff were very welcoming, and I’ll return many times. No complaints.

The staff member Nando was very friendly and ready to solve everything, but the breakfast was poor, swarming with flies, and there was no air conditioning. Outside the bathroom had exposed wires that could give you a shock, and the internet signal was bad.

The reception was welcoming and the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was acceptable. The ceiling fan was very noisy, but after complaining at reception it was fixed.
