Definitely the best hotel we’ve booked in Mexico, superb location, very competent and welcoming staff, a very pleasant rooftop pool, and an excellent breakfast – we highly recommend this hotel. Nothing negative to mention.

The hotel is really good and very quiet, which I liked. It’s quite far to walk around, especially in the heat.

Breakfast wasn’t special but totally fine, there was enough and some variety. There’s a lack of options for hanging wet clothes.

Highly recommended. Around there are many places to eat, but one of my favorites was the spot where “Jinny’s Kitchen” was filmed at the Hotel Diosa del Agua. I also enjoyed the tour of iconic sites for $400 MXN (24 USD) and the breakfast at TUPARENDA is DELICIOUS! 🥰 A laundromat is very close. PLEASE DO NOT USE SUNBLOCK WHEN YOU GO TO THE LAKES! The uphill walk up Calle 34 to reach the hotel is dense but worth it.
