The place felt cramped and the décor looked like it hadn't been updated in years. Everything was functional enough, but the worn‑out vibe made it hard to relax. I wish they'd invest in some renovation.

The bed was surprisingly comfy, which helped me get some decent sleep. Unfortunately the shower decided to go cold halfway through, so I had to finish with lukewarm water. Overall, a mixed bag.

I was really disappointed – the staff promised a room with a garage but there was none, and they tried to charge me more than the app price. When I arrived the room was completely different from what I booked, and the receptionist was rude, even suggesting I park on the street where they claimed windows get broken. After I left, they called offering a 50 % discount on a future stay, but after the hassle I won’t be coming back.

The spot is handy, right between the terminal and the Viña clock, and the room felt comfortable enough for a short stay. Nothing fancy, but the location makes up for it.

Great location – everything I needed was within walking distance, which was the main reason I chose this place. The stay was simple but the spot itself was spot on.
