The apartment sits very close to Venice’s center, offers an amazing price and a beautiful canal view. Luca, the owner, is very friendly and keeps the fridge stocked with water and yogurts throughout the stay. In the hallway you’ll find more food throughout the day that’s part of the breakfast, especially the delicious croissants. Staying here definitely made our trip more comfortable and special, and if we return to Venice we’ll book this apartment again. Nothing else to note.

The location is phenomenal. The host is friendly. Thank you for that.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Venice! The spot is unbeatable—right in the city center yet tucked away in a quiet alley with a gorgeous canal view. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully set up with a very comfortable bed and fantastic amenities, plus surprise complimentary treats. What truly made the trip special was the incredibly welcoming and helpful host, Luca. It was excellent value for money and highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again! Nothing else to add.

Almost ideal place—short walk to the vaporetto and San Marco, and also to Arsenal/Biennale. The 17th‑century building has all the modern features (very effective AC). The room is very spacious with a high ceiling. The balcony overlooks one of the canals, giving a nice view; every time I went out, tourists on the bridges took photos of me. The room is clean with daily housekeeping, quality products for breakfast, including fresh fruit, mineral water and orange juice every day. The crew are very nice. We arrived late at night, got lost in the Venetian labyrinth, but with kind cooperation from locals and the owner we found this place. Two views from the balcony. The only downside was the lack of time.
