The apartments are magnificent, perfectly clean, and everything is thought out in detail. All the comforts for a relaxed stay are there. I was surprised by the presence of cookware, even a grater. I stayed in an apartment for people with physical disabilities. I originally wanted a first‑floor room because I was three months post‑knee surgery. The room is fully equipped for people with physical disabilities, with a bathroom fitted with a wheelchair lift. When I arrived, no one was waiting for me and I wasn’t sent check‑in instructions. I had to manage on my own, which was a rough start to the trip even though everything was paid in advance. I called the number from Booking but received no answer. I had to wander around, ask tourists who were staying there for help—there was a couple from the Czech Republic. They called the host, but no one answered. I eventually reached them on WhatsApp. Thank God I had a Bulgarian phone with roaming; I wouldn’t have connected from a Ukrainian number.

Everything was fine, the room was comfortable, the beach was close, you could cook your own food, the bed was spacious. The soundproofing could have been a bit better.

Close to the beach, the room was clean when I checked in, and the host came right after I called and handed me the key. They never cleaned during the eight days; I only got fresh towels after four days. At 100 euros a night for a 12‑square‑metre room, I had to buy trash bags myself because the host didn’t leave even a single replacement bag.
