The staff were decent, especially the helper who stayed on the houseboat, and the AC is a plus. However, the toilet seats were broken, the jet on the back of the toilet was hanging from the pot, and the toilet door didn’t close properly—I even recorded video as proof.

The setting is beautiful, rooms are clean and very cozy, staff were extremely helpful, and the food served was tasty—I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.
