The place matched the description exactly, offering a peaceful and cosy atmosphere with lovely furnishings and decor. I couldn’t point out any negatives about our stay.

Everything was wonderful—location, cleanliness, host—except for a slight WiFi issue that was compensated for, so it didn’t affect the stay at all, and the host was extremely helpful.

The room was spacious, stylish, and offered beautiful views; the dog exercise field was a highlight, making it perfect for a romantic getaway. The location was great with plenty of dog‑friendly pubs. I loved the special touches: gorgeous bread and muffins, a birthday balloon and banner, and bubbles—all great details. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and the dressing area was lovely with plenty of extras for forgotten items. The space was very well equipped.

The hosts were the most helpful and welcoming I’ve ever met, and the property itself is fabulous, providing everything needed for a perfectly relaxing break. We absolutely enjoyed the hot tub, and the secure dog field was a bonus for our pet. The groceries left for us and the Easter treats were a very lovely and kind gesture. The bed was comfortable, and the living area was cosy with a wood burner that was perfect for chilly evenings. The views from the property are amazing, and the walks nearby are popular. We visited a couple of friendly pubs with good food and beer.

The barn is beautiful, warm, and cosy with exposed beams, fairy lights, and an indoor fire. Outside, the covered hot tub and seating area are truly lovely. The place is clean and inviting, providing everything you need. The hosts are friendly, informative, and respond quickly. They went out of their way to set up a birthday balloon and banner with prosecco and sweets—a lovely touch for our joint birthday weekend. Everything was provided as expected, with no complaints. If you’re staying with a dog, bring spare towels.
