Located on Lipno Lake’s shore, Penzion Tomy Pihlov offers beach, terrace, pool and Wi‑Fi. Family rooms provide lake views, baths, tea/coffee makers, refrigerators and flat‑screen TVs. Amenities include a kids’ club, indoor play areas, games room and a restaurant serving a buffet breakfast. Cycling rentals and a tour desk enable visits to Český Krumlov Castle (30 km) and Lipno Dam (29 km).

The breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the owners were very pleasant. The pension is older, but there’s plenty of space to sleep.

The Czech pension is extremely welcoming and friendly. It offers everything kids need (trampoline, playroom, billiards, foosball, a small pool, outdoor games.). The staff are attentive, the meals are excellent with unbeatable value. A five‑minute drive brings you to a great lake beach. The room is clean, bright, with a small fridge, kettle, etc. We’ll gladly return.

The place is a bit dated but still great, and a perfect starting point to explore the lake. Ideal for families: there’s a huge playroom, trampoline, small pool, billiards, table tennis, and more. Breakfast is generous, and the on‑site restaurant offers good food at fair prices. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. All in all, everything is top.
