I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's exceptional service, despite some initial concerns about the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, but I did notice some minor issues with the maintenance of the facilities. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.

“Worst worst worst”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The worst experience of my life was marked by a series of unfortunate events, including a series of mistakes and mishaps that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“It was very disappointing”

While I appreciated the clean washroom and reliable Wi-Fi, my stay was marred by the hotel's unfavorable location, situated in a red-light area. I also encountered issues with the room service and timeliness of food delivery, and was surprised by the staff's refusal to provide an extra blanket despite my repeated requests.

My stay at this hotel was a letdown from the moment I arrived. The property was not at all clean, and the owner's decision to charge us an extra $400 to provide a cleaned room was unacceptable. Despite this, the staff were friendly and tried their best to make up for the hotel's shortcomings.
