“Strategic scam”
I accidentally booked the wrong Silverio Suite address, so that reservation never got used. I then re‑booked and stayed at another Silverio Suite in Paranaque that was better for my needs because it was the one closest to Paranaque Hospital. I asked for a refund since it was the same owner/operator, but never received a response. Guests often aren’t aware that there are two Silverio Suites in Paranaque and end up booking the wrong location. The staff confirm this happens all the time when they deny having a booking upon arrival. I suspect it’s a trick to redirect the intended booking to the wrong venue. They offer a non‑refundable deal for the wrong venue, which is how they take the payment when customers discover they’ve been misled about proximity to Paranaque Hospital.
