Great value for money.
“Foi um pesadelo”
We hated the place. I would not recommend this accommodation at all. Our trip turned into a nightmare because of this lodge. The location is awful. There is no room service, the place is dirty, the beds are uncomfortable, the walls in the rooms are peeling and moldy. There are leaks from a water leak in the entrance hall to the rooms, the toilet is almost impossible to use because its installation is crooked, the shower barely works and is all rusted, and the bathroom has no window or ventilation. The exterior is horrible with a lot of dirt and the place smells bad. Breakfast was terrible. We tried to cancel after booking, but the payment was taken at booking time, and when we arrived the photos on the platform didn’t match reality, so we contacted the platform immediately, but they didn’t help with the cancellation. We made several calls to recover our money, all unsuccessful. In short, the platform was completely indifferent.

The place was clean and suitable for a night’s stay, which was what we needed. We appreciated that the air‑conditioning was already on when we checked in. We had emailed the property before arrival and never heard back. We also told the booking site we would be landing at the airport at 10 pm for a late check‑in. When we got to the inn the staff was nowhere to be found, and in the dark on a steep mountain we had to wander around the property, clapping until almost 20 minutes later someone appeared. The staff was very unhelpful and didn’t even know how to arrange a taxi for us.

The location was good, but the stay could have been better. Over the five days we noticed the room wasn’t cleaned, towels weren’t changed, and trash wasn’t collected. At breakfast we sometimes had to ask for more eggs, and the service felt a bit unfriendly. One night we ran out of water, which we understand can happen, but a stronger support structure would have helped.
