The hotel sits on the beach, and guests can have breakfast by the pool overlooking the sea. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room right next to the road, so the traffic noise was constant; I couldn’t sleep without earplugs, and the walls and roof offered almost no sound insulation.

The view and location are directly on the beach, just in front of a snorkeling zone where you can see turtles. The bungalow itself is truly charming, with a well‑designed semi‑open bathroom, one of the best I’ve had during my Bali stay.

There is nothing good about this place. It’s the worst hotel in Bali. The female receptionist was surly and spoke harshly. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The pool area looked old and dirty. The bath towels were tattered. The cheapest room is terrible. They wouldn’t let me change rooms even though others were available; it might be their policy, but they were completely inflexible. Because it’s right next to the road, the room shook when trucks passed by, and the noise made it impossible to sleep. I wouldn’t stay here even for free. They really need to rethink their staff’s attitude. It was an unpleasant experience, and I never want to stay here again.

The staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly and professional, always helpful. The rooms are the biggest I’ve ever stayed in Bali, with a lounge area in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. The tropical garden view is great, with lots of light. Everything is very clean. It’s extremely quiet at night because you’re away from the main area of Ahmed. The pool area is stunning, right on the beach, incredibly relaxing and peaceful. We ate breakfast there every morning. Great snorkeling directly from the hotel, with coral and fish. There are many warungs within walking distance. It’s a 20‑minute walk into the main centre or a 5‑aud taxi ride; we walked it every day for exercise. We’ll definitely come back. No, I didn’t love this stay.

The accommodation is a bit dated but very clean. Housekeeping comes daily. The bedding wasn’t comfortable for us; the mattress and pillows were too firm. The bathroom is adequate but not very bright. The garden and infinity pool are beautiful. The staff are lovely, attentive, and ready to help. The lack of light in the bathroom and bedroom is a downside, and the mattress and pillows are too hard.
