I arrived and they told me they couldn’t take me because they had no staff, so I had to cancel, get a refund, and then pay for another place.

The room sits in the center of the entertainment district of SLP. Breakfast was delivered straight to the room. The room opens onto a roof terrace. The bathroom is one floor lower. I saw a cockroach at the entrance of the inn. The worst was that the disco music didn’t stop until 6 or 7 am, making sleep impossible. Maybe we just hit a bad day.

The place is really pretty and tidy, but the bathroom is on the ground floor while the room sits on the second floor, so moving through all the crowds inside the building feels awkward and you have to wait until a certain time to get through.

The host is very attentive and the breakfast was delicious, yet the listing fails to mention that the bathroom is on a different floor, making it an odyssey to reach the toilet because the staff keep watching you as you pass by, and it also doesn't say you have to go through several shops to reach the room; there was no light in the hallway, so you had to descend the stairs in the dark or turn on your phone lamp.

There was no parking on Sunday, only a cake and a bottled juice for breakfast, a dirty room that wasn’t cleaned or had the bed made on the roof, and a bathroom on the ground floor which made it a huge hassle to go up and down the stairs for older adults; the rooftop jacuzzi was unusable and dirty, the building was old, dirty, with peeling paint, and it’s hard to believe they charge in dollars and claim to be a good place. You should be more careful with accepting such places before customers suffer bad experiences. I feel disappointed.
