The apartment is new, spacious, and welcoming, located in the center of a recently renovated building. We stayed with a newborn and everything was flawless. The location is ideal for exploring the town, and the parking is a short walk away. We recommend it! The only downside was poor ventilation in the bathroom.

The room was very nice and situated perfectly in Recanati’s center, convenient for walking around the city. The environment was clean, well‑maintained, and cozy. A special thanks to the owner: friendly, helpful, and very proactive—she offered to prepare breakfast for us even though it wasn’t included in our reservation, a gesture we truly appreciated.
