The spot is good and the staff were efficient and friendly, yet the property has fallen apart compared to a year ago—hallways, pool, workout room were scorching with no AC, hot water was missing for at least two days, the pool door handles were broken, carpet was peeling, and other small fixes were ignored.

The kitchen was nice, but there was no hot tub as advertised, the beds were uncomfortable with nasty mattresses, and the pool was loud and cold.

The property stayed quiet even when fully booked; our king‑bed room with jacuzzi was spacious, featuring three living areas each with a TV, and the bed was comfortable. However, mechanical maintenance was awful—lights didn’t work, switches were missing parts, remotes didn’t match TVs, there was a big hole around the hot tub rim, in‑tub lighting failed, access panels were taped with clear packing tape, and more. I reported all this to the front desk, but nothing was fixed and no one checked the room. I received a welcome email, listed the problems, but nothing changed.

There was nothing I liked; I couldn’t get into the room until two hours after check‑in, there weren’t enough blankets for all the beds, the room was dirty, we requested a conjoining room but were split onto different floors, the fridge didn’t work, we were told there was a hot tub but there wasn’t, the hotel smelled like weed, the pool was tiny and echoey, my room cost almost $300 for one night, and it was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

The place is convenient and I appreciated the charging station for my electric vehicle, but the new owners haven’t kept up the cleanliness and the elevator stopped working.
