I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel provided a generous supply of toiletries, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, making it quite hot and uncomfortable. Additionally, the bed did not match the image I had seen in the pictures, which was a bit disappointing.

I recently had a disastrous stay at this hotel due to a multitude of issues. Not only was I charged twice for my stay, but I was also required to pay in cash upon arrival, and then my account was deducted again two days later. To make matters worse, my request for a refund was met with complete inaction. The hotel's bathroom was in a deplorable state, with water continuously dripping throughout the night, and the air conditioning was woefully inadequate.
