I really liked how clean the property was and the environment felt pleasant, well‑kept and welcoming, but the access and check‑in system was too techy and not intuitive; it took me over twenty minutes to figure out how to enter the PIN and get in, and I also struggled to complete the check‑in on the monitor at the entrance, so clearer instructions or a simpler process would help.
