I’ve stayed in many Patong hotels, and they usually have minor issues, but Svah delivered everything perfectly. The staff are incredibly cheerful, extremely helpful, and simply excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, the prices are great, and the location is in a very quiet part of Patong—a rare peaceful spot that’s still close to the beach and other attractions. Honestly, Svah is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Patong. I give the staff 10/10 and the hotel 10/10.

Huge disappointment: the cleanliness and service level were below all expectations. Staying at this hotel was simply the worst experience. The bed linens were dirty and smelled terrible, and the overall feeling of the hotel was disgusting and neglected. Service was far from professional, with a complete lack of care from the staff. Not recommended at all—stay away!

The location was convenient near the mall, but the staff didn’t seem to care about customers. I wanted daily cleaning, but after a 7‑night stay there was only one cleaning. When I asked the front desk when cleaning would happen, they said it was every 3 days.
